Shipping Policy


  • Shipping Charges

      • Love Depot provides FREE shipping on every order above ₹500. A basic shipping fee of Rs.150 will be charged for COD ( Cash On Delivery).

      • For orders under ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹90 will be levied per order.

      • For any payment mode that you have selected (prepaid or Cash on Delivery), please do NOT make any additional payment beyond what is mentioned on your invoice to the courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges, including any shipping charges, if applicable.
    • Shipping Timelines

        • Depending on where your delivery address is, we generally deliver orders within a time frame of 2 - 6 working days, from the date of purchase.

        • In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility - for ex. Shipments to certain parts of Northeast India take more time due to transportation connectivity variances.
      • Shipping Coverage

          • Love Depot only delivers products within India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. 

          • Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes. We also face issues in processing COD orders in certain locations. 

            • In either of these scenarios - you will be intimated by our customer care team. You may need to either provide us with an alternate delivery address or change your payment mode to prepaid, as the case may be. We understand that this could be an inconvenience and we sincerely apologise for this limitation.

      • Order Processing

        • Prepaid Orders: After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is packed and shipped as early as possible.

          • If your order is placed prior to 12 noon, on a working day, then in 99% of the cases we ensure it is packed and shipped out that very day. 

          • If your order is placed after 12 noon, then your order will be shipped out on the next working day.

          • Like most of us, even our warehouse staff gets a weekly day off, as well as time off on national holidays and certain festival days. You can rest assured, they will be back the next day to ensure your orders are sent in a timely manner

          • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Once you place a COD order on our website, you will receive an eMail, SMS or call from us, asking you to confirm the order. Please confirm the order so that we can process it and send it out. After order confirmation, our operations team will begin the process as detailed above.
